It was a Baaaaaaahgan! 

Gots ma Scissaaaaahs! Cut, Cut, Cut!

Chop the Sleeves and neckline right out!!! Both sides & Everything!!!

Now Cut off that Bottom Hem & Round out the Corners!!!

Yeah!

Careful now... Here's the Trick. Diagonal cut across the Front Only!

See where I'm headed...

Lookit! Crazy Wonky Wonderful length of T-Shirt Undone!

What now? Fringe!!!!!!!!!!!

Target those Wonky Shapes n Curves & Cut, Cut, Cut!!!

Almost a full 1/2 inch wide...

Continue Cutting!

And Cutting!!!

Totally Fringe-Tastic!!!

Now Pull n Tug on all those lil Fringies till they're all stringy ;-)

They get all Rolled & Tassel like :-)

How do you know when you've pulled to hard...

they break... s'ok tho... it's not noticeable at all!

Studded Cross-Body Bag

Found a bag in the shops or your closet that's perfect in every way.... But....

It sits in your collection bc it lacks that certain somethin' somethin'...

Studds.

Do it!

So simple

get some studds 

Michael's, Jo Anne's Fabrics, Amazon, they are everywhere right now.

Take a few mins to lay out some patterns... 

See what you like best & go with your gut design wise... 

Or... 

Find something to copy on line... 

As long as you feel that "ah-ha!" That is the pattern you pick.

You may get frustrated, just put it away for a day, sleep on it... Trust the process...

I simplified my pattern to keep it mostly in the middle of the bag. 

FYI

This is sort of labor intensive...

Depending on how tough the material is, 

I did keep a safety pin on hand to help start some of the holes. 

And... 

Bc I'm a total kamikaze crafter, 

I was not mesuring, or using any sort of template...

It did the trick! 

No more snooze alert everytime I try to use this bag! ;-D

Distressed Leggings

DON'T THROW OUT THOSE OLD LEGGINGS!!!!!

We all have a pair that has been stained, or has a hole...

Mine got bleachy cleaner on them :-(

...or I was cleaning w/reckless abandon AGAIN... 

While the rock 'n' roll distressed denim /boho looks are in... Ima take these mishaps & make em FASHION!

Put pillow in middle of scarf:

Fold sides of scarf over pillow:

Charli Dog is not impressed. It's not edible, so...

Fold the remaining scarfy flaps over the pillow so they touch in the middle:

Now corner tie that Bitch!
