Bitch, Make Your Own Meditation Space!

Let's not concentrate on all the spazzy things going on in the world..

Inside & outside our personal circles...

Just like we all Make time for brushing our teeth...

We should be Making time to Meditate!

In our Attic there's a sweet lil spot that would be perfect for a Peaceful Space!

It's pretty basic, one laddery staircase, & landing that separates two spacey spaces...

One side we will need for some small storage & our nifty antenna for the tvs...

I made sure that it was all dust free first, then started with my base layer of cozy...

Rugggggggggggggggs!

And of course I will need surfaces for the candles n incense...

There's my lil green Travel Meditation Kit....

Some Yoga, Reading, Meditation, Quiet Time....

Sigh...

Oasis!

Before landing, with some storage under...

So Plain...  

Where's my Gypsy Soul...?

MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm...

Layers!

Rainbows, Boho Round Towel & Bouquet greet me as I climb...

And the best indication that you've cultivated a relaxing energy...
